Protein Bites

Protein Bite Base
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup almond butter (I used @justins)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 30g protein powder of choice (I used @letsgochia which is only 5 ingredients!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate coating:
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil + 2/3 cup funfetti white chocolate chips (or whatever chocolate ya want)
Combine all dry ingredients and then stir in wet ingredients. Form mixture into balls and then flatten to create the shape. Place in fridge for ~20 minutes to harden. Remove from fridge and dip in melted coconut oil + chocolate of choice. Place on parchment lined baking tray and put back in fridge overnight before enjoying. Can be stored in fridge
