Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookies

■ 1 can of chickpeas, drained & rinsed⠀
■ 1/2 cup peanut butter
■ 1/4 cup date syrup, maple syrup works too⠀
■ 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
■ 1 scoop @letsgochia chocolate pb protein powder ⠀
■ 1/4 tsp baking powder⠀
■ 1/4 tsp baking soda⠀
■ 1/4 tsp salt⠀
■ 1 tsp vanilla extract ⠀
■ 1/2 cup chocolate chip ⠀
⠀
• Preheat oven to 350° ⠀
• Toss all ingredients besides the chocolate chips into a high speed blender⠀
• Once ingredients are well blended, move dough to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips⠀
• Scoop spoon fulls of dough on a baking sheet & bake for 30 minutes. ⠀
• ENJOY! ⠀
