2 Ingredient, No-Bake, Protein-Packed Truffles

Let's Go Chia No-Bake Protein Packed Truffles

  • 1/2 cup @letsgochia PB Protein 
  • Add 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk 
  • Mix/knead into a small ball-- dough should be solid yet slightly soft
  • Place in fridge for 1 hr
  • Remove dough from the fridge and roll into small (bite sized) balls
  • Freeze for 1 hr
  • Remove from freezer, roll in cocoa powder for decoration
  • ENJOY!
