2 Ingredient, No-Bake, Protein-Packed Truffles

- 1/2 cup @letsgochia PB Protein
- Add 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
- Mix/knead into a small ball-- dough should be solid yet slightly soft
- Place in fridge for 1 hr
- Remove dough from the fridge and roll into small (bite sized) balls
- Freeze for 1 hr
- Remove from freezer, roll in cocoa powder for decoration
- ENJOY!
